Yessss!!! Me cuti lama lagi. Actually sejak semalam dah cuti.

Hari ni pulak Cuti Sultan Selangor B’day (pekerja dalam negeri Selangor je okeh.. pekerja KL sila jeles…ha..haa). Next week pun me cuti on Monday and Tuesday.. yeha!!

Sebulan dua ni memang kerja ofis melambak with the audit thing. Last few days pun asyik meeting sampai 7pm everyday! Bila balik rumah dah tak larat… bukak komputer in my SOHO office pun setakat baca-baca and reply comments.

Blog ni pun tak ber-update lama jugak ni… hu..hu.

Tu la kan, kerja-kerja juga… tapi kalau sampai affect personal life kita memang tak boleh dimaafkan. Kalau takat overtime a few hours beberapa kali okey la.. tapi kalau sampai everyday balik lambat and even malam dan weekends kena buat kerja ofis…hoh!! Totally kena fikir 5-6 kali about the job.

Yesterday, boss buat appraisal dengan me… sedih betul… memang confirm no increment at all… semua kena freeze…waaaaaa!

Bonus? Hmmmm… ada juga tapi sangatlah ciput. Kalau previous years bonus boleh beli laptop + DSLR + macam-macam… this year… takat masuk tabung Izzah je la…hu..huu.

Dengar cerita ada somebody dapat 25k dalam bisness MLM dia tu.. should I join her? Ha..ha..ha.. tidak sesekali lah me nak join MLM yang kena jual something yang I don’t even use… pulak tu she is a full time housewife so can go out anytime she want for the business… kalau kita yang kerja tetap ni tak salah masuk gak.. tapi it will take lots of time and effort untuk capai tahap macam dia kan. Especially kalau korang jenis macam me yang malas nak keluar malam or during weekend meeting strangers.

That’s why I prefer masuk USANA je because this one can do the business online, at home. Tak payah keluar. Tak payah fikir kena jaga penampilan with the branded baju/shoes/bag. Tak payah belanja customers kat Dome/TGI. etc sebab nak jaga status business. It can be done through your blog je pun.

About the status MLM dari segi syariah tu pulak, actually tak de ulama Malaysia yang keluar fatwa which MLM is ikut syariah, which one doesnt. Tapi ada ustaz yang come out with guidelines supaya kita boleh decide. So, before you plunge in masuk MLM, do research about the company and the products.

Dalam pengetahuan me yang baru berjinak dengan Usana ni, since dia US based so tak de la panel syariah dia sendiri. But, the products memang disahkan halal by IFANCA (The Islamid Food and Nutrition Council of America). So, consumption wise no problem and retailing wise pun no problem sebab it’s a halal product.

You see, some MLM yang origin in Malaysia ni banyak yg ada panel syariah sendiri tapi status sebenar sangat meragukan (panel syariah boleh dibeli oleh sykt MLM yg kaya).

Yang meragukan tu biasanya MLM yang fokus utama membina jaringan downline dan membuat keuntungan dari hasil usaha downline. To do that some MLM paksa keluar modal sampai puluh ribu to stock up products – reason being supaya upline cepat dapat komisyen from the purchase from downlines. And, the downline kalau nak get back the modal need to do the same (sampai ada yang terpaksa memaksa kawan dan keluarga join dia).

Based on my understanding and research, kebanyakan kriteria yg dicadangkan adalah dipatuhi oleh sistem pemasaran USANA, for example, produk kesihatan halal berkualiti tinggi, sistem pembelajaran pemasaran yg ada online dan yang penting sistem ‘re-entry’ dimana upline akan jadi downline (so obviously not pyramid scheme).

I paling suka sistem ‘re-entry’ ni sebab walaupun kita downline, if we work hard enough, kita boleh pintas upline dan dia pula jadi downline kita. Sebab group commission Usana ni based on Business Centers. Nak terangkan it’s too long dan me pun still studying the plan to understand more

So, I think Usana ni not like typical MLM yang mana upline kekal upline dan always get benefits from the efforts of downline. Sebab tu me join Usana. Main reason sebab nak dapat harga produk pada harga dealer and side reason is to make some income tu.

Itu aje lah yang sempat me tulis for now. Me akan tulis pasal USANA lagi. I need to stop and eat sebab belum lunch. The chicken soup tengah memanggil me kat dapur… ha..ha..hha..
